"Twice Shortchanged!"
My order was short 52 of those 7-gallon cloth grow bags. The order info said everything was all set. I reached out to the company, and they got back to me fast, saying they just hadn’t shipped them yet. A few days later, the package arrived, but it only had 42 bags instead of the 52 I ordered. Honestly, I’m way too busy for this hassle and still getting let down. I won’t be coming back here again.

"Mediocre Experience"
I ended up shelling out an additional $18 for hazardous shipping on hydrogen peroxide. The bottle arrived unsealed, with the cap slightly loose and leaking a bit (34% hydrogen peroxide can cause chemical burns, you know). At least it was in a big ziplock bag, so that was a plus.

"Better communication would’ve been nice..."
I get that sometimes items run out after you place an order. It’s just one of those things. However, I didn’t get any notice about it. My $300 order arrived without a nutrient that I could’ve easily grabbed elsewhere. I specifically ordered it because I was in need. Appreciate the refund for what didn’t make it, but I had to use that cash for gas to drive 70 miles to the grow shop.

"Top-notch service during tough times"
They really delivered excellent service during these chaotic days when everyone’s stuck at home. This company kept things running, even if they had to scale back a bit. They still charged for shopping, but honestly, they did a fantastic job. Big thanks to LA Garden Supply, I really appreciate it!
